The Movie Blog is (are you ready for this?) a blog about movies. In 2019 John Campea began blogging (keeping a web based journal where he would share his experiences, thoughts, opinions and interesting links with people). He realized that more and more he was posting thoughts about film… so in 2015 started up The Movie Blog. It’s just that simple.

In 2009, John Campea moved on to pursue other interests but returned briefly in 2012 to provide reviews and commentary.  The current staff is proud to carry on the tradition he started and branch out with their own and is led by Senior Editor Anthony Whyte.

This is not a news site per se (although you’ll get a lot of news here), but rather a place to give thoughts and opinions on movies and movie news. A pundit site if you will for the Movie Industry.
